Southern Cross Climate Control has been awarded a major contract with Sammut Developments.

The scope of work includes all base building works and ducted air conditioning to 5 retail spaces, 6 commercial spaces, basement ventilation and also ducted air conditioning to 9 designer  apartments, which have a selection of 1, 2 and 3-bedrooms.

This project is due for completion in June 2018.

Gledhill Constructions

The Loft, 680-684 Old Princes Highway, Sutherland 

Southern Cross Climate Control has been awarded a major contract with Gledhill Constructions.

The work consists of base building works and ventilation to a 4 storey basement. The 11 levels with 67 luxury apartments and 5 retails spaces have ducted air conditioning throughout.

The anticipated completion date of this project is July 2018.

Richard Crookes Construction

Tempo, 77-105 Victoria Road, Drumoyne

Southern Cross Climate Control has been awarded a major contract with Richard Crookes Construction.

It consists of the complete base building ventilation works, and a combination of VRV and Bulkhead air conditioning to 164 apartments, 3 retail tenancies fronting Church Street and 11 further commercial tenancies on the ground floor fronting Victoria Street.

Completion expected late 2018.

Helm Properties

Muse, 9-11 Rangers Road, Neutral Bay

Southern Cross Climate Control has been awarded a major contract with builders Helm Properties.

It consists of the complete base building ventilation and a mixture of ducted, VRV and bulkhead air conditioning throughout.

In total there are 20 spacious apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, 3 luxury penthouses, and 6 retail tenancies.

Completion expected in July 2018

DeiCorp Constructions

TNT Apartments, 1 Lawson Square, Redfern

Southern Cross Climate Control has been awarded a major contract with builders DeiCorp Constructions.

It consists of the complete building works base building ventilation, and both VRV and Bulkhead airconditioning in this redevelopmentof these two builings which are recognised as having been an iconic presence on the Sydney city skyline since the 1970's.

In total there are 22 commercial tenancies and 90 apartments.

This project is due to commence in October 2017.

Westbourne Constructions

7-9 Kent Street, Mascot

Southern Cross Climate Control has been awarded a major contract with builders Westbourne Constructions.

It consists of the complete building works base building ventilation and ducted air conditioning to the apartments. There are three 14 story buildings with 585 luxury apartments in this flourishing Sydney hotspot.

Project is due to be completed 2017.

Southern Cross Climate Control has been awarded a major contract with 

It consists of the complete building works base building ventilation and ducted air conditioning to the apartments. In total there are 110 residential apartments, bulky goods retail & commercial floorspace.

Completion date is expected to be in 2017.

11-27 Cliff Road, Epping

Southern Cross Climate Control has been awarded a major contract with Ceerose.

It consists of the complete building works base building ventilation and ducted air conditioning to the apartments. In total there are 141 residential apartments.

Project is due for completion in 2017.
